Sophie was born in Vancouver but has lived in Kelowna for most of her life. She has worked the Kelowna night scene for 3 years and loves the high energy atmosphere the Sky Bar brings. In her spare time she can be found at Big White boarding or down at the beach partying.

Yann is Sapphire’s veteran bartender. He came from Montreal in 1994 and got addicted to our sunny Okanagan culture. Yann also would like it to be known that he is NOT just a piece of meat!

Hey my name is Lisa I have spent the majority of my working career in the service industry, from slinging pints at the local pub to managing at a high profile steakhouse. Sapphire is a great fit for me with its high energy ambience and super club chic atmosphere. When I’m not working here I can be found in the outdoors and with my family and friends enjoying the Sunny Okanagan valley.
